Removing paint/clay from surface

Removing paint/clay from surface Recently ran over some type of clay or paint in the local Menards parking lot. I have tried bug&tar remover, plastic razorblades, ect and none of it will get it out. Best thing I have found is using my fingernails but they are getting wore out quick. I will snap some pics if anyone can host for me, need some help guys.
