A stock 02 should have come with 28# injectors making it capable safely of 358HP @ 80% Duty Cycle, and a max around 403HP @ 90% Duty Cycle, due to the injectors, if you have an average tune. A good tune could increase those values a bit.
My understanding is that the fuel pump maxxes out around 400HP as well, but I have never calculated the lb per hour of the stock pump so I'm only going on second hand knowledge.
If anyone has any input or differing opinions I'd love to hear tham as I've tried to discuss this in other threads with little to no responses.

From my current research Holley claims for their pumps:
155 liters (41gal) = 246lbs of fuel which is capable of supporting 491 HP
190 liters (50gal) = 301lbs of fuel which is capable of supporting 600 HP
255 litres (67gal) = 404lbs of fuel which is capable of supporting 800 HP

I think our cars came with a 180lph pump, but I'm trying to research that now.
Someone else has posted they think it's a 155lph stock, so I have no clue.
Google isn't returning any useful results, nor is LS1Tech's search...
Obviously if it's a 155lph it's capable of almost 500HP

The problem I'm having with the stock fuel system is the rail pressure drop as the load increases on the engine. It goes from 58 psi at idle (right where it should be) all the way down to 50-52 psi at WOT. This will drive your injector duty cycle up, and is why I had to go to 30 lb/hr injectors on my bolt-ons only car to get a decent duty cycle.
I wish there was a clean, somewhat simple way to get a regulator at the rails and do the return line from there. The only good thing is that the pressure drop is repeatable, but still, it isn't ideal.

I'm gonna say with the original poster's 02, with M6/dynojet numbers that you will see the end of things between 420-440RWHP.

I was tring to figure out a way to stop the bypass at wot under load. Like using an open solenoid and closing it at wot or under boost or on the button. any ideas?

I maxed out the stock system at 443rwhp and a 110% dc. you should be ok but that is about 80% dc for the injectors so you should look at a bigger set of injectors soon if you add any more power.
