Default can I make 700hp on a forged 346 and a d1sc with twin 4.5 intercoolers

I just spanked my stock block with 11 psi making 480 on an eddy current dyno, now that I have to build something I want to max out my d1 and try for 700 plus. can I do this on 346ci or should I do a 383? Im going to put some patriot performance heads on it, which ones do you think? also what do you guys think I should use for pistons and rods? what kind of compression am I looking for? im currently running a 255lph pump, what other upgrades do I need to supply fuel? Thanks everyone!!!

The fuel system from this car is what you're going to need.

With the '99-'02 plastic tanks, a bulkhead fitting can be used, as we did in this car.

The parts used on these two cars are what I would suggest. Bob
