Default Whos got racing/aftermarket seats

Trying to get weight down, need some advice...this car is not a full race car so I have to have something i can stand to ride in for distances.

1) What seat do you have
2) Is it adjustable or full competition
3) Is it comfortable
4) How much does it weigh
5) Would you buy it again
6) Where did you get it

I got sparco torino's pictures are here.

I got them to sit lower and farther back then the stockers also much better fit. Makes it feel like your driving a race car and dresses up the interior alot I didnt get them to save 5 lbs or whatever.

1) Black Sparco Torino's
2) Adjustable
3) Very comfotable
4) Not sure but i think it it just as much as stock if not more with the heavy brackets.
5) Yes I think they are the best seats for the price.
6) Nopi online about 3 yrs ago they had the best price of anyone.

SpdFrk1990, are you tall or something. With them that low seems like it would impair vision some. I'm not real tall, so I probably would need them to be taller (are they adjustable on the height part, or do you need to shim it up).

I really like some of the seats you guys have. I would like to get an adjustable set that can tilt recline etc, but I'd like to get some that will shed at least a little weight. I don't know if this can be done.

how is the level of comfort with the non adjustable racing seats (anyone)?
Can you drive long distances without problems?

Thanks for the replies

Im 6'2" with the stock seats my knees hit the wheel and I just felt like I was riding too high. Yes they are adjustable to get them that low I didnt even use the bracket in between I welded the sliders strait to the brackets.

Almost all the seats are adjustable back and forward..its the rails that limit you..I haven't seen any in a while that adjust up and down
Then you have no problem mounting them to the stock rails..they make the whole seat sit about 1-2 in higher than normal if you tall like me it becomes a problem..but if your shorter....say less than 6' you be fine using the stock rails..do a search on my name and you find a write up I did on the install..its not hard...

Don't get the summit sport seats. They look good when they aren't installed on the car but the exposed metal rusts in a month. Not only that but the glue starts to come undone if it sits in the heat and they are WAY to big to fit in an f-body. Your head would hit the roof of the car.
