Need to borrow someone's Cut-out Cap for smog. BayArea!! Just wondering if anyone has a Manual cut-out cap and bolts that I could borrow for the weekend. My registration renewal just came in and I want to get my car smogged ASAP. I have been waiting a while so that I can install my headers, exhaust, cam..etc. I finally got the smog request and I want to take care of it soon. Someone please help me out. Thanks..
