Default Ls1 Intake Mod

I was wandering if you could cut the intake runners shorter on an ls1 intake by cuting the intake runner floor back a little more than stock. Would this make the torque curve move up to a higher rpm. Or would you have to increase the crossection of the intake runner.
Or mabe just by drilling a sertin size hole at a sertin place on the intake runner floor, into the plenum.............its just a thought

If i wouldn't have sold my stock one i would prolly try somthing like that
to go with all my other hand-made-modifications(I have an ls6 intake now)

I am pretty sure gm put in gazillions of dollars in research and computer design to make any of the gen III intakes. I highly doubt anything that could be done with a drill would help.
thats my opinion, sorry
