cats don't come with 02 sensors.....you screw them into the UNIVERSAL hole in the cat..or the pipe.

90% chance that even your SES is going to come on, even if you have cats. The rear O2's are very sensitive to what they will consider as "correct". You're better off getting the codes deleted, or running sims.

No a dealer wont even touch the emissions equiptment. Why are you wanting to have a custom y-pipe fabbed? Just have the drivers side changed to a round pipe and be done with it. O2' sims are realitivly cheap and are available in the f/s section from time to time, or do a search for local tuners in your area, its only going to cost 20-30 to have them delete the rear o2's.

Any LS1shop you see on the right can do it as long as they have HPTuners/LS1edit/EFILive. Call before you go and get a price. MTI charged me $75 back-n-the-day.

I'd suggest you have them delete the following:

Rear O2
EGR
AIR
EVAP
Fuel tank pressure

You'll be able to remove all of these, or leave them in place if you want, and never have to worry about codes.

i dont think the stock Y will bolt up to pacesetter LT's? and i dont want a Y from tsp so i was guessing to just get one made that will fit properly. im not understanding what u mean by changing the drivers side to a round pipe, i know the stock ones flat but how will it bolt up to the headers??

Under your seat (driver's) the stock y-pipe is crushed. If you get down on the ground and look under there you'll see. It's round, crushed flat, then round again. If it makes any difference, I am also going to have my y-pipe fabricated using a flowmaster merge and magnaflow cats this weekend.

i think TSP is the only place that makes a Y pipe with cats already fabbed in for pacesetters, and i heard it hangs low in some spots
