Default Air Fittings On MAC Mids

Recently received my 01-02 MAC midlengths and the A.I.R. fittings on both driver side and passenger side headers are in different locations. 1) The Drivers side has the AIR port on the very front primary and on the stock logs they are on the second one back from the front. Is there a way of extending the original AIR tube to fit? For the passenger side, it is located on the correct primary but the flange on the AIR inlet on the header is turned 90 degrees. Can I modify the vehicle AIR tube to fit this? It sounds fishy, like the wrong year headers, that already happened to me once and these are the second set they have sent me. Bare with me cause I am 3000 miles from my SS and where the parts are arriving. Can any one help, I would call MAC but its freakin Saturday.

go to GM and buy the Fittings for the 98's ..same thing happened too me

the passangerside air fitting is verticle to valvecover rather than horizontal, the the driverside is too short

for temp fix plug the hoses and air fittings until you can get them ordered

Ya you can buy the 98-99 air tubes or just bend the ones you got.
