which head gasket, read combo

which head gasket, read combo combo goes like this.
stock shortblock -6000 miles.
853 heads, home port job (flow decent but not great)
stock valve, 5 angle valve job
.030" mill to heads-heads will have 62-63cc range chambers
235/242 112+2 with LSK/XER lobes. so .650I/.611E lift
will flycut pistons soonas the tool gets here, and Ive made up my mind on which gasket to use.

and, I do have the later model 853's w/o the notch in the chamber area. so yes I can use either of the gasket type's.
what will my SCRDCR be with the .040's vs the MLS .054?
this will be a street driven, dyno tuned setup. so it has to drink pump gas and be safe in 90deg. weather too.
Im just really concerned about the cometics due to there seemingly hit or miss sealing.
