As of right now the only exhaust modification over stock is the Borla 3" Adjustable cat-back with the restrictor plates taken out and slp hi-flows. My question is could I put on Pacesetter Long Tube Headers w/ Tsp Offroad y pipe on self-installation and still drive the car without a tune? Or is it going to be undrivable or just horrible on the engine to drive it without a tune (just until I can get the money and time for a dyno and tune)??

Haven't had mine tuned, and I still drive it daily, and its been close to a year. I'd say you'll be fine

How hard will it be to install this set-up to my Borla ??? Am I going to have to do alot of welding or cutting?

Should be pretty easy, the ORY ends at the same spot as your stock y, so there shouldn't be any need for cutting and welding.
I did have to loosen some of the clamps on mine so it would fit into the ORY, but didn't have to cut or weld anything

Just bolts and clamps.. I have the catted Y and Pacesetter LT's With borlaq cat.. Very easy install No tune just get 02 simms.. Or it will throw codes.

i did pasesetter LT's and tsp ORY, and my car originally took it badly, i lost .3 in the quarter, but after a few days the PCM re-learned itsself and was running way better.... then i got a full dyno/street tune and it was well worth it..

so u dont need a tune right away...

I've never installed something like this before, how hard is it? Would I be able to do this? What specific tools are needed? How bad of a problem will I have with clearance (2"drop on 17x9.5s)

If you can turn a wrench, lt's and y are pretty easy, one tool I would say get is a 10mm gear wrench, other than that air tools make the job simple, but hand tools work fine be aware you may haqve to grind the tab on the block to get the drivers side header in, but otherwise it's pretty straight forward
as for clearance, can't speak for that I'm at stock height

with a 2" drop the clearance wont be very good, but bearable

here is a pro kit drop (1.5 - 1.75") with the TSP catted y pipe.







I went to mufflex and they tucked it up quite nicely. If you can get it installed nicely you shoudln't be too bad
