You'll need:
-to buy the 3rd gen install kit (for the torque arm)
-do some fabrication to your crossmember
-unless you get the th350 with the longer tail shaft, you'll need a driveshaft
-figure out how to run your speedometer
-get a tb and bracket from a 93 LT1 so you can run the kick down cable
-buy a torque converter
-have your PCM A4 DTC's turned off

I'm sure I'm missing stuff, also.

By move, do you mean just taking off or it's faster with it in the D position? Also, what exactly are you talking about with it seeming to 'bog in 4th'? What does it do? Just not go anywhere when you give it gas?

Dude, you lost me at 'yeah...'. If you're pushing the gas and the car isn't wanting to move, then the transmission is probably shot.

Decide what Torq Arm you are going to use. Then you can decide on other options. I like using the 9" tail shafts on the TH350 so you can re-use the stock DS.

It does not have to be an expensive swap, just make sure you get a GOOD TC so all the effort will be worth it.

I do not run kick down cables. Speedo will be tricky but workable.
