General Maintenance & Repairs - had to take my ride to the car doc!!

my SS was acting up so i decided to take it to a great local mechanic to get it checked out,,the car hesitated at low RPMs, and had a horrible exhaust leak up front,,, well after dropping it off to him, he checked it out, the EGR valve it was stuck open, the Crank sensor was bad, and the manifold bolts were loose,,,so he fixed the manifold and ordered the other parts,,hopefully the car should run better now. i also thought that maybe the plugs and wires maybe needed changed but he said that the machine he hooked the car up to would show if they were bad or not,,,luckily they werent.

well not really sure,,but he said the computer threw a code when he ran it on the car dunno

if you had a intake/exhaust leak this could be a very big contributing factor to why the car wasnt running so hot anyway

well i found out what was making the SS run crappy,the distributor is going bad,,,so im gonna order all MSD ignition parts for it
