Default drop a LS6 in my 56

Hey guys ! So i have a 56 Chevy coupe and i love it but i have a basic 350 with a turbo 350 trans. I want to swap that out for a LS6, the problem is i have absolutly no clue where to begin or what to buy. Any help would be great . i dont knwo what tranny to get or where to even purchase all this stuff. What will i have to do ? thanks !!

First you will need a LS6 and a good wiring harness to modify of send off to be modified. Make sure you get the MAF and computer that goes with the motor! You will need to get in touch with S&P www.hotrodlane.com they will have nearly all the brackets and mounts you will need. Also check with the adds on the side of this web page to see what these vendors have to offer. As far as trans. goes I am puting a T56 ( 6speed) but to me a auto would be much easier. Oh yea get ready to spend MONEY and lots of time! but, in the end you will love it!

Default If it goes great it should handle and stop even better

I had Car Creations do my 57. Check them out. Check my photos. Paul will modify your frame so that you can install Corvette suspension, brakes and steering or he will do it all for you, even supply the drive train if you have more money than time. Pricey but does excellent work.
