General Maintenance & Repairs - grinding headlamps on my ta

my headlamp motors are grinding on my 95 ta :cry: i know that the nylon gear strips and that is what is bad what is the best fix for it? new motor? brass gear? what did everyone else do?

I replaced mine with brass gear but I still have one that is not working properly. Its problably the assembly. But If needed to buy the gear again I would buy the plastic ones because they lasted about 7 years in mine at the metal gears at $40 a pop is expensive. Might as well get a motor for a about $100.
