Default How to block off EGR and Air

I cant find anything to block off the egr and air bungs on my headerrs....what did everyone else do?!?? Please give any suggestions or what you all did...thanks

on my car the previous owner, just welded the bungs shut. As far as the egr you can probebly fabricate that little block off plate that comes in a complete egr block off kit (ebay, umi ect).

for the A.I.R. tubes on the headers maybe a freeze plug and some jb weld.

Just go to Home Depot and buy a little piece of sheet metal. Snip out a matching size and drill holes for the bolts. Seal it up with JB weld.

you could also just by some type of plumbing hardware that is the same size like a drain cap or something similar

For the Air, just find some large bolts to screw in there. As for the EGR check UMIperformance and look at their EGR block off plates.

Yup thats what I did, but not with JB weld.

Here is what i used for the AIR. Found it at home depot.







As for the EGR there are block off plates for sale everywhere even ebay...

We used a 1/2 plug from Lowes. It is tapered, and fit perfect on a friend of mines car. I have the Non-emissions Headers.
