Default has anyone bought some edelbrock long headers?

I am thinking about buying some edelbrock ceramic coated 1 3/4 to a 1 7/8 tuned headers. On summit racing it says that they wont work with air conditioning. has anyone installed these before? Can i modify the AC (cuz i need AC) or will i have to get rid of the AC?

I've seen a few sets installed, never seen any problems with the A/C. Do a search on here for Edelbrock headers and you should find quite a few threads.

I had them on my old car. They were the first batch of the Ti-Tech coating and it burned off after only a few weeks, plus the slip-on collectors leaked BAD!

I got a second set to replace them (the fully welded version this time) and the only problem I had with them was dropping the trans with them still installed. They were on my car when I went 10.85, cam only.

I have installed a set of them on my friends SS, the fit and finish was excellent, and they came with everything needed to install them which for some reason I didn't expect. The Y pipe is a really nice peice for the price and we picked up about 25 hp with just those and the LS1 intake still on. I will probably go with them when I get headers for my TA.
