Dynamometer Results & Comparisons - is it low #s

i just dynoed my 99 A4 Z/28 and put down 313/326 "UNTUNED"

mods:SLP lid +C.A.I/k&n filter/p&p TB/TB baypass/p&p MAF/LS6 intake/UD Pulley/NGK TR6/MSD 8.5 wires/Hooker LT's/no cats/custom 3" ORY/Hooker 3" c-b/cut out/Trans-Go shift kit/B&M 24K super cooler/3.73 ratio/160 stat.

and after the EFI-live tuning it put down 323/338 "EGR! AIR! rear O2!"

i feel that my #s very low for the mods :bang: :bang:

About right, yours is an auto. If it was a m6 id say about 350ish

are you stalled? with the mods in my sig i put down 310 and 345. before the stall it was 333 and 370

Almost exact same as mine with similar mods. ET is what counts.

im not stalled yet...im saving for a CAM and stall..
and i cant wait to take it to the track to know its ET "after putting some Drag Radials"

also forget to tell you that the DYNO did after changing the fuel filter ,cleaning the air filter , putting a new Mobil 1 oil ,the fuel was 95 octane..and the mileage was about 125k

yeah....good number. but numbers don't mean shit, it's the ET/trap that matters.

my bolt-on stalled car probably dynoed mid 3-teens and was laying down 12.2 @ 110 timeslips all night long at the track. dyno numbers don't mean a god damn thing.

Man ill be the first one to say it, yes that is normal. no dyno tricks. all these 500rwhp N/A ls1s your seeing are dyno tricks to sell products. they dont mention that the car is 12.1 CR or whatever(really high), 15inch wheels, the sae smoothing is all the way up the barometer/DA is 0 on the dyno, the dyno has been known to dyno higher, the humidity is set to 0. All this shit adds up to quite a bit(ALOT!), but if you look at alot of these guys track times with 450rwhp+ and their trapping 117ish in a manual, you know somthing isnt right especially when the DA is average. I trap 117 with 416 to the tires and 118 with cutouts off at 431rwhp with 342s!
This just shows me that the guys who i race at the track with a so called 35ish more hp than me trap the same or slower got some kind of bullshit dyno trick goin on. Its all hype. I would much rather have a car that traps 120 with 450rwhp than a car that traps 118 with 500rwhp saying the weight/weather given the same.
Besides The only mods you have that you should expect HP from is the full exhaust and Lid , what else is there, i mean you dont think msd wires and ngk plugs etc shit like that really adds hp like all the advertising makes it sound like it will? fuck no. Your numbers are average/good and probably REALISTIC!! being most important.
