they look pretty respectable to me for 853 castings. CNC'd 243's are checking in about 25-40 more CFM. stock 243's are around 240 at .600 so you've bested them by 31 cfm.

You won't know until you go down the track or put the car on a dyno. There is a lot more to a good set of heads than flow numbers.

Agreed. They sound like they might have potential. They are in no way "stock". It's just that everyone posts 320cfm results now. Those heads could make good power. Like 89GTA said, bolt them on and find out.

I'd rather a set of heads that flow 270cfm with ~stock sized runners than a set that flows 300 cfm with 240cc runners.

Also, the port work can't be to pathetic because they continue flowing all the way up to .600" lift w/o backing up.

...but midlift numbers could be a little better.

No they are not stock heads. they have port work to them. With a 224tr cam headers and ls6 intake the car made 366rwhp on a mustang dyno with a 3600 vert. SO i guess i got what i paid for and got a good set of 853s. Just wanted to make sure it was good for what i have. Yea i know there are better but i am selling theses heads and wanted to make sure the number were good,

I agree with Studytime. The flow from .500 lift to .600 lift shows they are not backing up or trailing off. Just make sure you have a cam with enough lift to take advantage of the heads. More to the cam thing but that is left to others.
