Default cowl hood question

for everyone that has a 4in cowl hood. what did it cost you and how much was it to get painted? whats the best brand to go with. fiberglass im guessin

I dont know how much the hood would be, but tp paint the top of the hood and the underside of the hood, plus color match it with your fenders and bumper should cost about $500-$700 depending where you get it done, I think most professional shops would charge about $600 for paint

The one i have (bolt on 4'' cowl) is $420 brand new. Call up richie collision, they are a sponser here and see what they would charge. They are around the 1960 area. VERRRRY good work.

I have a buddy that has that hood onhis camaro. Not sure what he paid forit but he is happy with it. I think he paid about $300 to have it prepped and painted.
