LC-1 Voltage at 0??
I have been using my LC-1 since they first came out with no problems. I run SD and have my WD installed all the time. The other day I did a log and after I looked at my numbers (using EFILive) none of the numbers were changing. The LC-1 voltage AFR_LC12 using EFILive was 0 avg and max of 0.4 V all the time. I just did a free air cal and checked the wiring. I tested it again with no luck. The LED is not flashing any codes, just on after the warm up. Does this sound like a sensor?
Thanks.
Bill
Thanks.

What a/f does it report through the serial cable? Those damn sensors are expensive!!! I'm about to have to buy one myself. You've probably tried this but did you try to just reprogram the analog outputs?

I would try to monitor the analogue voltage input pids before throwing parts at it. If there is no voltage going into the connector then there is a problem with the wiring, sensor, or the lc1 its self.

Expensive? ~40 bucks?

You just need to look around in that document. You can find a whole host of vehicles that run that same sensor, connector and all. Yes if you buy full retail from Innovate a "Wideband" sensor for a LC-1 yes they have to eat too.
Read the article, sounds like you might have a hairline crack on the pump cell. I have been thru this baloney and it is easy to replace. Good luck Bill.

Not to hijack, but I just looked at the article you posted and the cheapest I could find at this point was $60 + $9 shipping. That's not near as much as a dealer or someone wanted but still seems to be a bit outdated since Apr '05. Thanks for the article though!

Installed a new sensor today. No help. I reprogramed the LC-1 with LM Programmer. This was the first time I used logworks. I do not see any output using LogWorks but this could be operator error. Is there any special setup needed to see the ouput? How do you Configure the input?

Bill,
So with the LC-1 Programming gui software you set up a flat voltage on both channels, and you don't see that voltage on either of the LC-1 outputs...?
If that happens, and the LED still flashes and comes on steady, then sounds like the ADC chip inside the LC-1 is fried...
Check both LC-1 outputs for shorting to ground or power.
Contact Innovate about that, they should be able to fix you up.
Cheers,
Joe

Do they repair them or just sell me a new controller?
I will do some more checking first just to make sure it is not shorted somewhere.
Thanks for the help Joe.
