Default Weird A4 Problem....Park /Reverse ??

I heard of some strange things happing before ,but nothing like this. I had just got threw changing my oil and I started the car up. Well ,my car act like it was about to jump off my Rhino ramps !! I said "WTF is this "!! ?? So ,I back the car down off the ramps and took it for spin. The went threw all gears without a problem. When I got back to my house , when I put the car in "Park".......the car would start backing up !! Then I put the car in "Reverse " and the car will sometime back-up and sometime it won't do nothing. The shifting is fine ,but something else is messed up. Any Ideas ??? Thanks in advance .

X2 on the shifter cable. Check the rubber grommet on the floor. Mine riped and cause all sorts of weird things to go on with the shifter.

Sounds like the plastic on the shifter arm is broken.

O--===I-I-I-------------------------------Shifter in car

O is where shifter cable connects to transmission arm
= is black plastic that will break so the arm can be bent therefore not engaging in park all the way
I is where the brackets connect to the transmission

Mine did the same thing
