Default 4l60E 94 and 95 different?

I just put a rebuilt 4l60e from a s10 blazer in my 94 z28.it seems to be slipping a little and shifting a little sluggish, considering i have a tune on my computer for firmer shifts.i noticed the connector had an extra pin and was a different colors. the 94 had pinkish yellow and the 95 has a green one. so i was wandering if there might be different wiring issues on the newer tranny?!? any help would definitely be appreciated.
thanks
mako

THE 95 IS A PWM UNIT lockup will not work you vehical dosent have the wiring to operate the pwm solenoid , However this would not explain the sloppy shifts , It would only explain the absence of lockup , There is a work around for the PWM easily enough if you PM me as for the sloppy shifts asuming everything else is ok theres are two possibilites that come to mind ,
missing pump screen in side of pump body
bad PCS are likley
