Default Stock rods

What are the stock rods rated to? I would like both RPM and Torque numbers.

My setup is as follows:

Stock Crank
Stock Rods
ARP Rod bolts and Main studs
ARP Head studs
Cometic Head Gasket
Ported and Polished 241 cast heads
TSP MS4 Cam
Diamond Stock Replacement Pistons

And also 150 wet shot.

GM's performance catolog rates them at 500 HP. No other referance is given to them. However they are safety rated quite a bit. My cousin's 99' Vette is makeing almost 500 HP at the rear wheels right now N/A. On this mornings Horsepower TV they took a stock 05' or 06' C6 Vette and put a twin turbo STS kit onto it and were makeing 537 rear wheel HP at 7 lbs of boost. This was STS's basic kit for the C6.

Maybe I should step down to a 100-125 shot.

Iv'e read some where that they r rated to 600rwhp and 600 rwtq, if I find the info i will post it back.

I will be runnin stock bottom end and will be pushing to 12 psi with a single turbo, I wana see how patient and strong r ls1 internals to hold before I explode it and buy a new short block.

Keep in mind that RPM also plays a part in this equation. Altho some have taken these to 500rw and the other side of 7500RPM.
