Default Green Camaros, what color under the hood?

I cannot find any colors to paint my valve covers that would look good with my car. If anyone has seen or has a green car with painted engine parts, what color did they/you use and where did they/you get it from? Thanks for the help

I think red would look good... Maybe black or a silver to match your stripes...

How long did they stay like that polished? Could you clear them to keep them clean or would the heat burn the clear?

Those are a little too expensive for my budget, I just noticed you are in VA Beach, Im from chesapeake and I'm moving back in about a year. What track do you go to? Ive been to dinwiddie once its a little far, I just went to the 1/8 mile track Northeast Dragway. My uncle was the track champion two years ago. He has a strocked 400 70 Camaro running on alcohol. I'm gonna have to see that t/a you have once I move back.
