Backround:
Solid Roller Build for PSCA True Street Or Limited Street Classes

The Question:
At what lift and duration is it just pointless to run a Hydraulic Setup as opposed to a solid roller?*

What is the Largest Hydraulic Cam being used?**

* I know SR's ramp up more quickly and allow for more rpm because of the increased control in the valvetrain. For the purposes of this question assume Ti valves and a matched and properly installed spring is being used.
** Please don't mention the MS3, G5X4 or T-rex as they are suitable for dd cars.

If you're trying to be competitive in either of those classes, run a solid roller.
