All that really bugs me are the wheels, and they can be swapped easily (the factory 17" wheels are included with the car). The supercharger could be removed at a later date if a purist gets ahold of the car and demands that it be stock again. I like to say that a modded car is a happy car.
That car is actually called a "Collector's Edition". The 2002 Camaro was the 35th Anniversary car. The Collector's Edition 'bird couldn't be called a 35th Anniversary car since they were all Trans Ams, and the Trans Am didn't debut until '69 (2 years after the introduction of the 'bird).

Wow, I've never seen an LSx supercharger setup O_O That's funky lookin... I assume the pulley drives a shaft with turns gears/chain to spin the charger up?
And that's a simple bolt-on, as are the rims. While they are ugly rims, neither are things I'd be mad over.

I second that the rims are nasty.
and I wouldnt mind the charger.
I wonder why they didnt offer a 35th anniversary edition Firebird, its the one with the real birthday. not the TA as stated earlier, any ideas?

i love those rims i have them in 22's on my 2004 bmw 745li!!! with a 4inch lip cant go wrong! however...in yellow? thats a negative. If you took those tims and had them powdercoated gunmetal or black theyd be frickin sweet. Maybe on a TA and maybe not, but the rims themself are sweet. And if he paid 1k each he found a good deal causw while retails around that, theyre in such high demand theres usually a hefty mark up. I had to outbid mike bibby, a sac kings player, to get mine. I live in sac and he just happened to find another pair or i would have lost cause he told me hed go to 20k a rim lol crazy *******. He really is an ******* nobody root for him

I know someone who took a NEW one of those and BUTCHERED it! (had way too much money to spend)Tried to make it the "fastest TA", spent lots of money and did not do it. Wound up with a totally ruined one. Now, I love my 99, but will get one of those anniversary ones, and I promise not to butcher it! Or put yellow rims on it. Yech!
