Gym Anyone go to la fitness in rancho of 19th? I just joined and it really sux working out alone. I was surprised to see how many mustangs i saw in the parking lot.

! It does suck trying to stay motivated on your own... I do HIGHLY recommend picking up Arnold's "Encyclopedia of Modern Body Building" though...It's not just about becoming huge, it has all the proper (aka: medically and scientifically best for your body) ways to reach whatever goals you have...

**** man. i know what you mean. it sucks lifting alone, specially when you want to go heavy. when i have to lift alone i found it helps a lot to have my ipod with a bunch of in-your-face music on it. im pretty sure you'll meet and make friends with someone there, ive been goin to the same gym for about two years now and theres always someone i know when i go in, it helps.

LOL@ the cali people swarming this thread... suprised ryne hasnt been in here constantly saying how he is a rainbow belt in karate, and could beat everybody up, and works out 16 times a day. LOL.

hahahaha @ rainbow belt + 16 work outs a day.
Any of you guys need some special motivation while working out, when you are lifting super heavy, all sweaty, muscles bulging from every hot orifice I'll be there to spot. I wear my super small silkies, because the smaller the more motivating.
