First, my drivers side front turn signal lights keep burning out, in turn causing my rear drivers side turn signal to not work. Then my hazards wont come on? And now @ night when i turn my lights on, all the rear bulbs light up, but dont "brighten" when i hit the brake (I found when i got pulled over the other night). Meaning my brake lights are out too i guess, the bulbs and fuses are all fine though? Are all these probs related? If they are or not, how can I remedy these problems? Any help appreciated thanks.

I would say that the bright side of your bulbs are burned out. Replace all of the bulbs and see if that doesn't solve your problem.
