That is definitely an LS1 cable driven throttle body that will fit on your TA without a problem. The only thing that may be different is the cam that the throttle cable sits in. There are a couple different sizes of those depending on model year.

Will that affect the TB being installed? Is it a good buy? Or should i get it and send it in as a core to get a ported and polished one?

I'm not sure how much of a difference there is in the cam size...the throttle cable length is adjustable to an extent, but whether or not it will make up for the difference, I have no clue. I don't think a porter would accept that as a core since it has already been ported...kinda defeats the purpose, and may not be up to their standards of porting, leaving them unable to sell it.

Thanks for the complements...being in the military myself, I know how you must feel. All the details on my car are in the link, but in short, they are CCW SP500s, 18x10 up front, 18x11 in the back. Cleaning products? All sorts of them...for polishing it up, I use a Porter Cable 7424 dual action machine polisher with Sonus pads and Menzerna polishes. The final sealant layer is Blackfire, and sometimes I put P21S carnuba wax on top of that.

Being that it is my daily driver though, it doesn't always look that clean. And unfortunately, this car has now become my winter car since I moved from Florida to Ohio. Snow tires are coming next week so I can make it through the winter...
