Default Pending head upgrade install "lifter & rockers"

My 2002 LS1 has 19,000 miles on it. It currently has an MTI X1 cam with stock heads w/918's and hardened push rods.

I'll be adding TSP 5.3L st2.5 heads soon. Should I use new lifters? maybe Comp OEM style. Also what about the rockers. Upgrade to the Cadi racing rockers?

Not not necessary
If you haven't bought the heads yet, you are better of getting the headds with maximum 2.02 valves, that way you can mill a little and get more ptv.

I was planning on using a .040 gasket for around 11:1. With that said would the 2.04 valves be better.
