Default need to make 500 RWHP on N20 with no internal mods

any recommendations guys? i can do most basic bolt-ons. i can go up to a 200 shot.

its for a 1999 WS.6.

My teacher at school doesn't think its possible.

What kinds of mods should i go with?

I personally wouldnt reccomend a 200shot on a stock ls1 motor, but whatever floats your boat. I would think a full bolton ls1 with a 125shot would prob almost get you there though.

w3ith a insanely perfect tune it could be done, but how long do you want it to last? Is it worth it to prove your teacher wrong with the STRONG possibility of blowing your motor.

headers, true duals, lid, ported tb, ls6 intake, smaller wheels, tune, with a 175 progressive shot from tnt. tnt kits seems to make the most power wit hthe same jets as other kits. i made personally 420/445 cutting out 600 rpms early on the dyno so, maybe just maybe im at 440rwhp, thats on a basic dynotune wet kit with 125 shot/57N/34F

LT's, true duals, ls6 intake, ported TB, 25% pulley, and a 150 shot should get you there...your def gonna need a better fuel system though

You could do it easily. Headers, exhaust, manifold, throttle body, pulley, and a 175 shot will get you there.

TRMIN8R sprayed his 400rwhp cam'd car with a 200 shot a retarded amount of times and it's still kickin' like Bruce Lee. Don't think of this as the norm, but it is possible.

You will need full boltons and i wouldnt spray a 200 shot. I would do 150-175 after the upgraded fuel system. That should get you to 500.

Lid, Lt's/ory,catback or duals, Ported TB, intake manifold, Ud pulley, spray and a tune.
^^^with these mods you should be set.

All you need is a good 150shot with full bolt-ons + fule pump + a good tune and you will be in there. I got a buddy with the same thing I just told you about on a 2001 Z28 and it smacked down 507rwhp.

Thats not a problem at all. I did it with bolt ons and a dry shot. It was accidental, but I did hit 508 rwhp on the stock fuel systme with the injectors at 105%. I would say get a fuel pump, bolts-ons and a 150 shot to get there. I did it with a dry kit, but alot of people like the wet kits since you don't need to swap injectors. If you only want to do it once, you will most likely be ok with the right tune. We were having a problem with my systme hitting really soft for some reason the night I broke 500 rwhp. I put in the bigger jets, only to find that it kept blowing the fuse right after the nitous hit. So when we had a the right fuse in, the nitrous hit really hard.

wet kit. FAST 90/90/carbed intake with an elbow, headers, great tune.

oh, and just for a dyno queen, stay with the 10 bolt with a girdle, and have an M6.. maybe carbon fiber driveshaft

i think an m6 will get there with an m6 also with boltons. when i was lid only on a 150 shot i got 468 rw so with lts, open cutout, lid, ls6 intake, ud pulley and upgraded pump and a tune you should be in the 500 area on a 150 shot.

haha, i'm not that dumb. its a school car. i would never do that to my car. We don't have any fuel system upgrades in the class. I'm probably gonna snag the Fast 90mm out of the turbo GTO that we have in the class. i think it'll make it. it only needs to make 1 dyno run successfully and it has held a 200 shot a couple times before.
