PICS: HIDs, clear side markers, LEDs, !emblem
newly installed:
- 6000K HIDs in Fogs; very easy kit to install - plugged right up and mounted the ballasts in 2 pockets located in the front bumper with heavy duty velcro. these are from board member 'fenix99'
- front & rear clear side markers - tried both regular and LED bulbs, but IMO they look bad in clear markers, so i'm not running bulbs in there.
- LEDs in door (red) & liscense plate (white; no pics of that)
- removed ws6 emblem, no more 'clone' - just ordered a LS1, Z06 style, emblem for the empty spot.
excuse the dirtyness and lovely grey sky weather.

How to you do the license plate thing? *goes and searches*
I like the rear better w/o the emblem...don't tack on some other crap.
Its NOT dirty...at least from the pics.

i'll show pics of the license plate led a little later.
... and i want to try the LS1-Z06 emblem, doesn't have to stay, but i think it will look nice. it's factory correct style, not a knock-off. it's small and with my silver, it shouldn't stick out anyway:

the clear corners for the rear are all over e-Bay.
they quit making the ones for the front, and the only place I could find them is afterthoughauto. sucks, because i used to have them - and sold them, then ended up paying double what i did the first time around.

I think it looks better without any badging at all on the rear. Wouldn't even put the LS1 badge on there. I also would replace the DRL bulbs with clear bulbs and past that I'd just leave it alone. The car is gorgeous.
