Default PT88 Nossle kit, 408, more pics of the camaro

Still need to build an exhaust for the car, a/c still needs to go back in, air filter, and still waiting on an aluminum 90 to take the maf out, but getting closer to finished.

More pics.

Enjoy

iron 408, Wiseco dish cant remember the cc, tea stage 2 5.3l heads o-ringed, 8.9 ish compressoin, tsp cam have to look up specs but its close to a macig stick 3 reverse split, twin walboros in stick tank, -10 feed -8 return 96lb/hr inj HPT 3 bar i open loop, still on stock rear end and stopk 6 speed whatever clutch smokinhawk sent me (his old trans and clutch), aje rack and manual steer, billingsley rear arms and panhard, qa1's, hotchkis subframe.

Still need more drivetrain, had powerglide, 105mm innovative turbo , product feul pumps 16v system but i decided to go the dd route since my Integra got stolen and went more streetable with the car.

Maf is just there to connect the pipes till the elbow comes in. Feels good at 4 psi. shouldhave some low boost numbers next week or two depending on how busy we are at the shop.

Turbo kit was build in house by me (solid-Technology) Non spnsor yet. Would like to retail the kit with a 67mm but cant get the dp not under the k member. There is no exhaust on the car yet just a 4" dp shooting at the ground, still debating on how to route the dp for clearance, may sac ac since this would be the biggest the kit would upgrade to. It is a semi log. Have to get some pics of the mockup piece s oyou can see the design. But I can say the 88 is not laggy and feels great. Only mod for this to fit is relocating the battery, for the most part.

nice kit, good fab skills, to bad you cant get the downpipe back with out ditching the AC, there just isnt much room with it in place

oh and the clutch is a Ram 980 (clutch)/402 (pressure plate) if you forgot.

I was pretty happy with my spool time with the PTE88, coarse you have a 408 compared to my 347 too.

I am thinking of going oval 4" under the k-member or going to 2 2.5" pipes under the k member and out the back. I think the 4" oval would flow better than the two 2.5 pipes. I want to keep the a/c in the car even if i dont use it. Thanks for the piston specs, we are always building different motors for different makes/model cars and I forget the little stuff sometimes lol.

Still having the grinding shifting issue on the tranny in every gear, if i shift it fast and any rpm it grinds all gears, thinking the shim behind the slave may have something to do with it or maybe the pilot bearing is dragging. Hvent pulled the trans back out yet to yank the shim. But it shifts fine at any normal shifting speed or rpm. Just can't pound gears yet.

I made the brace for the hood since it is very thin. Mounted the gauges on the hood brace.

Heres some pics with the hood when the car was on nitrous.
