Ok, so, I just bought a cam from another LS1tech member. It's a comp 232/234 .595 .598 on a 112 lsa. I realize that kind of lift is pushing the limits of comp 918's, and i'm pressing my luck if I run them. So, i'm going to prolly go either Comp 921's or Patriot Gold duals. What i'm wondering is why are the 921's so much more expensive, like 750, versus 250 for the patriot package, when they both come with seals, Ti retainers, etc? Also, what length pushrods should I use with this cam, and what other parts of my valvetrain should I upgrade? Thanks for the advice!

Yeah, go with the golds or a spring kit from TSP. Either one would work great, I have personal experience with the TSPs and here great things about the Patriots also. Either way goodluck!
