Special Edition Vehicles - Slp Window Sticker for Hawk

Help, I am desperate, I have everything for my hawk but the slp sticker that came on the window next to the gm sticker. Does anyone know how I can get a reprint? The posts on here say slp is not printing them anymore. Does Dave H. or anyone know where I can get one? Or at least some kinda template to print a copy? It doesnt have to be 100% perfect, just some sort of proof that there was an increase in price over the gm sticker. I saw the info in the firehawk website as far the costs of the firehawk base package and the options, I just need a slp 2001 sticker.
