Default Removing stock exhaust??

How hard is it to remove the stock exhaust on an 02' TA? I'm planning on getting a GMMG catback. Here's a couple pics.

Do I just unbolt that whole piece in the first pic.? When I saw it welded I didn't know what to do. For the second piece what needs to happen?

In the first pic, yeah, unbolt it.
in the second, you just pull the metal out of the rubber.
you'll probably have to cut the pipe in half before the axle too, maybe not

Yeah, that was the day after I put my exhaust on. I moved a little but I fixed it since then. I had to cut the pipe going over the rear axle and me and my boys could find anything to cut it with so we used a file. It would have been impossible if we wouldn't have had a lift!

I clean the insides of my tips once a week and go back as far as I can. Plus, I work at a carwash so she is always clean.
