need help on o2 wire colors

Default need help on o2 wire colors

i cut my 02 wires to extend them for my LT's. Theres a black, gray and 2 whites. Are the 2 white wires specific ones or just neutral grounds? I marked what one was what but then stripeed off the mark Its a obd1 car with 4 wires in a row. Black, gray, white, white.

Notes from fitting a 4-wire to a one wire pre-OBD2 project:

The black wire (oxygen sensor signal lead) is spliced into the input to the PCM
The grey wire (oxygen sensor signal ground) is connected to ground
One white wire (either one) is the heater +12 volts lead
The other white wire is the heater ground lead
