Default Exhaust Hanger Replacement

I was wondering if there were any special tricks to replacing these.

I've never taken these off before so the best procedure for doing so would be awesome.

Thanks.

Slap grease on the hook and into the rubber hole insert, it will be easier with a pick or flat head screwdriver. Then, just try to pry it off with a flathead.

Or...

Just cut them off with a nice shear.

Just squirt some good penetrating oil into the rubber, works great and its easy to do.
