Default Front and rear engine covers and gaskets

I am transferring the front and rear engine covers from my old LS1 to my new LS1 shortblock. I bought new front and rear gaskets but also noticed that it looks like there is a gasket where the crank goes through the front cover. Do I need to replace this also? Am I going to lose oil here when I go into boost? Are the front and rear covers completely reusable?

Some may so it isn't needed but it is recommended and I would. Consider it peace of mind for a small price.

The front and rear gaskets are pretty reusable. The front and rear seals however should definately be replaced while the engines opened up.
