Default Whats wrong with my Tranny?

My Transmission seems to be having some problems and I'm not sure what the problem is, to fix it.

From a normal take off the 1-2 shift is very hard. It will get ready to change gears and it seems to take an extra second and then slam into the next gear. Once in awhile the car seems to completely halt for the gear change. Once it hits 3rd gear it seems like its bogged down and it needs to dig itself out and sometimes stutters. It seems like this when driving normally. At WOT the trans doesn't seems to have any problems that i can tell. I've tried a few transmission products to prevent hard shifting and they only seem to work for a short amount of miles. Could this be fluid or the filter? The Trans has 79k on it.

What could be wrong? Thanks

Are you getting any codes ses light , It could be the PCS (Pressure control solenoid stuck at high line)

I would try changing the fliuld and filter and while in there the PCS . It may be stuck off for some reason making high line but still be electrically sound which would not set a code, I say this because you say its in all gears so its unlikely and accumulator but something to do with line presure
