Southern Members - new job maybe?

Was thinking about becoming a real estate agent. Not quite sure but i know that I do not want to spend another holiday season working in retail, all those people waiting till the last minute to buy their kids a PS3 or nintendo wii and are pissed off because they are not able to find the hottest toys of the year. Some people are so stupid, getting mad at the retailer for not having their gift when it isnt our fault they have waited till the last minute, why dont they get pissed at the manufacturer who controlls supply?
Sorry for the rant just about to go into work and I know what im in for.

Anyways just looking for some suggestions.

I paid my bills for a year doing that sh!t. Good f#cking luck though.

If I left my software job (which I might because I've hit a financial plateau) I'd only go to highline dealers like Mercedes/BMW/Lexus.... when you know the sales cycle as an art, and you can calm/redirect the intentions of powerbrokers.... you can earn some cheddar... I'm tired of 5 digits.... 6? here I come....

my mom is a real estate agent... call me and i can tell you everything you need to know about going through the test to get your license and get started, after i tell you everything it might change your mind... or it might not.
