Which catch can are you using?

I just run one breather on the driver side filter and it works great. Do some searches on breather setups and you'll find a nice solution.

You can buy a cheap oil cap, drill a hole in it, then stick an autozone special in it.

if it doesnt have a filter element in the catch can.. there is no point to having one.. real catch cans have this so the oil vapor is trapped and is not sucked back into the intake..

How do you know the catch can isn't working. Oil in the intake takes some tome to go away. You can try spraying seafoam's deep creep in the intake or take it off and clean it.

also like said above make sure the catch can has a filtering element inside.

Well mine keeps it dry which is better than some of these "real catch cans" above have been doing.

I had 1 on my silvy with LPE GT1, heads, 5.3. It got about half full in 2k miles so just out of curiosity I put a second one after the first one. I checked them about 500 miles later and they both had the same amount in them. They both had filters and held about 1/5 qt. I gave up on it.

Go with an air/oil separator. Mine works so well I've considered selling kits on eBay. You guys think it would sell? Full kit ready to hook up for like $55 shipped? That's cheaper than one decent catch can, and works better.
