Default Why is this not working

Trying to disconnect the fuel line from my rails. It is not coming off. I am using the same plastic disconnect tool that I used before. Is ther anyone else that has had this problem? Any kind of tricks?

Ive had to wiggle the fitting, and or push in on the connection then use the tool and gently pull apart.

Yeah I have tried wiggling, twisting, pushing, pulling but it just does not want to release. I tried two different line seperator tools now and neither of them are working. I have no clue how it could even still be holding on with those disconnects shoved in it. I really don't want to damage it, that would blow.
