Default LSX into LT1

What's up-
This is my idea. I am looking into building up a LSX 6.0l iron block out of a truck. I have a 95 Z28 LT1 OBDI car, LT1 PCM, etc. I can get a LSX PCM, Harness, and build the Engine up.
This is the problem:
I want to find a Harness, or build one that will run the Engine and Transmisson, connect to the PCM, and adapt to the 3 plugs underneath the dash so the guages will work. I know it will be primarily a LSX Harness, but it still has to connect to the dash.
Does anyone know who can do this, or have any wiring diagrams that I can follow to build it?
Would it be easier to get a complete LS1 Dash out of an F-body Car, wire that in and use that?

You may want to wait for the new GMPP LSX Iron block to be available. It is the best performance block available for hi performance applications. It can be bored out to 519 cu. in., you will be doing yourself a diservice in not using it.

I believe that speartech can do this. Last I heard he was still doing custom direct plug in harnesses as long as he had already done a custom direct plug in harness for that car. I would guess that he probably has done a direct plug in harness for a LT1 f-body, but I could be wrong.

You could also do it yourself, I don`t know of any wiring diagrams for a LSx into a LT1 car though, LS1 into a v6 I know of but I don`t think that would be as much help. If you get full diagrams for the car and the LS1 it wouldn`t be too hard.

You could use the LS1 dash and harness, but for that to be a direct plug in I would think that you would end up changing a lot of wiring in the car.

I rewired the 3 connectors on the ls1 harness into the single connector that the 94 car had under the hood. The interior connectors were straight forward for the most part...

there are a few wires on the ls1 harness that are originally going under the hood but need to go back to unnder the dash on a LT car.

FAQ and www.shbox.com is your friend.

Shbox has the Diagrams, so does my Haynes Book. You have any notes on what you did? The LT1 car has 3 connections under the Dash.
I can get Pin Diagrams and figure out what they all go to, then go from there I guess.

Cool stuff..just something for down the road in the future, a built up 6.0 LSX.
-Just called them, and they do offer it for a good price. Looks like a few people are starting to do that now..
