Unhappy clutch install, problems with lock out

I installed a new spec3 over the weekend and now the reverse lock out is on when the car is stopped. The cags had been bypassed by the previous owner with what looked like a resistor but now I'm getting locked out of 2nd and 3rd when the car is in key on and stopped and from a roll the cags is locking me out of 3rd only. Any ideas as to what I may of screwed up.

be sure the black harness plug is in the black-terminal solenoid and the white- to the white solenoid. Then see what you get.At any rate you said there is a CAGS eliminator installed so there should be no blockout function. It sound like you have other stuff going on there.

I'll check that out, the cags stopped fuctioning atleast. If I can't get it to work, would it be possible to bypass the reverse lockout simularly to how we bypass the cags?

Why would you want to bypass the reverse inhibitor?

Because it's on 24/7, not being able to put in reverse is a bitch at times.
