Default Power Loss vs. Spark tables

How much power is typically lost from on stock tune between the High Octane and the low octane spark tables when running premium fuel? I read in my tuning manual that the computer interpolates between the two tables based on knock activity. I'm just wondering about the two extremes?

If you want to know the PCM's model of things look
at the table for % torque reduction vs spark retard,
and see what it says for the difference (HO-LO).

But of course this is only a model based on a stock
motor already at best torque timing (like there is
such a thing).
