Next step above 76GTS
What would be the next step up in turbo's above a 76gts for a T4 flange? This would be for a built 346 with 317 heads, turbo cam etc.
Primarily still a street car but at least 100 passes a year at the strip
oh and it needs to be physically almost the same size as the 76

Yea they are.. they're awesome units..
76 would be perfect for a 370 or 346.. I think you can upgrade wheels on the 76 to 80.. not 100 % tho..
maybe someone will chime in on that..

Go with a GT-M from T-netics. They are a bit pricey but awesome pieces and use a T4 flange.

the s series are mid framed.. and from what Dr. Turbo has told me.. they are the same size as a gt42
theres a thread in here that tells the spool of the s-series but i hear they spool quicker in comparision to smaller turbos
