Default I think my LM1 took a dump :(

So it was working fine and then all of a suden im getting error's and too rich on the display and then i can shut it off and turn it back on, then it will work for a few seconds then it will start to false peg out at 20 afr for a second then work, then false peg again, the first thing i thought of was my grounds are cuming loose, so i checked and they were ok, but the digital reading on the lm1 it self was peging out, not in hp. So what would cause that false peging, a bad lm1 unit?

20:1 is the free air number and could be an electrical
intermittent or a sensor going out. Might reseat the
sensor connector and wiggle the DIN connector at the
LM-1 too. I suspect that a bad sensor would have more
consistent badness.

I already had a bad sensor that i replaced due to excess oil entering the engine from a faulty pcv, but thats all be sorted. Then i start having this ploblem, Im goin to racal it and check all the connections and see, i dont think its the sensor or the a connections tho.

With my LC1 if you pull power, or have some power issues (Like dead battery) the calibration can get shot.

Turn on the sensor (LM1 box) let it warm up, hold the sensor by the wire letting it hang, hold a cigarette lighter directly below the sensor and (without striking) hold the gas open on the lighter the AFR #'s should drop to 0 if the sensor is working properly. If it moves very slow to 0 or won't go to 0 the tne sensor could be getting old/tired.
