Ok so would a 2900 pound full suspension heads and cam plus bolt on trans am be able to get into the 9s. car has a 4000 stalled auto and slicks. if it wont what would i have to do to get it there?

Sorry bout that Afr 225cc Heads and a T-rex cam, Internals are stock with a 4.50 12 bolt out back. if it wont do it as is would say a 150 shot get me there?
