me want big cam, want to know what you're running and how the driveability is. How was the drive before you got a tune??? I have an 05 Trans Am with 3.46 gears, and 4000 stall

Your best bet would be something like a FM13 or FM14.

Although mine isn't exactly running right now, I have a MS3 from Texas Speed w/ 4000 yank and 4:30's. If the gears wasn't so steep my car would be fine to drive everyday (drove it everyday for about 5 months anyways). Gas mileage was not good around town, but on the highway even with 4:30's and 26" tires I got 21-23 depending on speed and slow drivers...... I never got a chance to take it to a 1/4 mile track and never hooked up on 26" tires before a rod bearing gave up, the best to date was a 7.04 in the 1/8th. Just depends on what you like. I love choppy, high compression, rattle your headlights out kinda cars, so mine is fine for streetability to me. But alot of people think differently. If you have two cams in mind, go with the bigger one, you'll always wish you would've. Have fun.

get a cam to match your stall, gears, and goals. are you going to be adding heads in the future? you have to take that into consideration too. and your going to need a tune with a big cam. youll have to mess with the idle adjustment screw just to get the car to idle.

well if u have 4000 stall go for somthin like g5x-3 or t rex. but i also recomnded that you change your 3.46 to 3.73 you will be surprised trust me i did it and i got shoked

it has very good performance and i drive my car every day for work and i travel sometimes and its perfect.

but dont forget u must have a good tuner for such cams other wise go for smaller cam like 224-224

ive got an F13 and i LOVE it... no numbers yet -- i'm putting on some heads (possibly Dart 225's) and then I will get a good tune. My drivability is excellent for the speed of the car. I would guess high 11's right now in the 1/4 with my 3600 stall.

I would say MS3 or G5x3for off the shelf, and get at least 3:73 gears.
But you might as well get one specd out to match your combination.

I have the T-rex and I love it. the rest of my mods are in my sig and I would not go with any other cam. It's a monster!!
